2.耐食性と安定性:強酸・強塩基・有機溶剤(電解液など)に強く、fda認証を取得しています。金属イオンの浸出リスクがありません。融点は2075℃で、熱膨張係数は金属の1/3であるため、-273℃から1700℃までの極端な温度でも安定に動作する。
3.精密な加工能力:表面粗さから届くRa≤0.008μm(髪の毛1/8000の回路に相当)、ラバーカップ間の隙間を使いましょうと袖はわずか2 ~ 3μmの流出はない確保した。線のエラーは≤0.1μm、注射精度誤差は±0.1%に制限する内容だ。
